EYLIM CAMP

The Eylim Camp is a three-day annual gathering held during the first-term school holidays, usually in April or May.

This camp is designed for all those serving in the Body of Christ, including pastors, associate pastors, worship ministers, intercessors, ushers, administrators, and others involved in ministry and church service. It provides an opportunity for ministers from different backgrounds and areas of service to come together for fellowship, refreshment, and growth.

While many leadership conferences and seminars primarily focus on senior church leaders, the Eylim Camp seeks to intentionally minister to the wider team of church workers and ministers who faithfully serve alongside them. Through a blend of biblical teaching, fellowship, and recreational activities, participants are encouraged, equipped, and strengthened for effective ministry.

At times, senior pastors may not have the opportunity to address certain issues or areas of growth among their ministry teams. The Eylim Camp helps bridge that gap by providing sound biblical instruction, practical ministry insights, and a supportive environment where ministers can grow spiritually, personally, and in their service to the Lord.

The camp is hosted at selected venues in Eastern Uganda and is currently held at Budaka Harvest Church Fellowship.

Objectives of the Eylim Camp

  • To provide spiritual refreshment through the Word of God and the infilling of the Holy Spirit, equipping participants to serve the Lord in the power of the Holy Spirit and in the knowledge of His Word. (1 Thessalonians 1:5)

  • To create an environment where ministers can experience restoration and renewal in every area of life and ministry through the presence and work of the Holy Spirit.

  • To remind and encourage ministers that it is possible to flourish while faithfully serving in ministry, and to continue walking in God’s grace and purpose.

  • To provide a season of active rest and renewal, enabling participants to be refreshed as they continue serving the Lord and His people.

  • To foster fellowship and unity by sharing meals together and enjoying meaningful times of communion in the presence of God.
